Senior Agile Project Manager
Location Athens, Greece
A Senior Agile Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of company’s projects. Works with technical and executive audiences seamlessly and applies Agile methodologies during all phases of the software application development project cycle.
Tasks include:
  • Manage a software team that includes architects, UI designers, UX experts, developers, quality assurance and DevOps engineers
  • Develop and manage quality metrics that are relevant to Logicea’s Agile release cycle
  • Own and drive execution of the team delivery, project roadmap, and track progress towards key milestones through agile development practices
  • Assist in gathering and evaluating project requirements
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
  • When necessary, assist with testing prior to deployment of user stories to production
  • Work with our Account Manager(s) to set priorities and plan work
  • Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results
  • Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, clients, and partners
  • Facilitate senior level meetings with technical and business leaders and provide information on project status and activities to all stakeholders
  • Monitor project budget and resource allocation

  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field; MSc degree is desirable
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Technology sector working with Agile process and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Solid understanding of full stack web and mobile application development processes
  • Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals
  • Ability to lead effective cross-functional teams and foster collaboration within
  • Strong planning, organizational, time management skills, negotiations skills and attention to detail
